Brief: Fitout 4,000sqm of office to provide a unique new headquaters for Fabrick Housing Group
Design: The new office headquarters for the Teesside-based housing group occupies 4,000m2 within the Hudson Quay development, Middlehaven, and boasts impressive views across the Middlesbrough Docks.
The scheme is spread across 3 floors, each with a unique feel – from seaside to zen garden. Each area features architectural elements ranging from the ‘Honey Pot’ hot-desk pods to the ‘Upturned Boats' meeting rooms and the ‘Japanese Tea House’ Tea Point.
The scheme won ‘Best Fitout of a Workplace’ in the 2013 BCO North Awards.
